餅食控一定要吃到這家!位於澎湖的「老家餡餅」,是當地頗有名氣的排隊美食,雖然只簡單賣著餡餅,卻經常有許多人是排隊也要吃到這家餡餅。
每個餅都是現包、現煎,在煎台上煎成讓人凍未條的金黃色,一走近就聞到讓人流口水的焦香氣味;表面一整個煎到「恰恰」的紋路,酥脆到會「ㄎㄠˊㄎㄠˊ」,酥脆外皮超級薄,卻帶有麵團本身的微微嚼勁口感與麵香,咬的時候千萬要小心燙口,因為內部鮮嫩肉餡一定會大噴汁!飽滿肉餡流淌出大量肉汁,就算邊吃邊吸也是流得到處都是,滿滿鹹香肉香胡椒香,真的是來一顆就會愛上、忘不了的好滋味~

下午一點半開始營業,馬上就大排長龍
晚上八點去已賣光,來了兩趟終於買到了
不管是熱騰騰的吃 或是 冷了都好吃
還買了很多顆帶回台北
豬肉餡餅會大爆汁! 大家吃的時候千萬要小心,我吃一口悲劇,全噴在我衣服上
絕對還會回購! 相見恨晚

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 等待是值得的!肉餡很飽滿,大推要加起司,ㄧ咬下去湯汁都還在餡餅裡面(小心爆漿)不會太乾。肉本身就有調味了,夠鹹香也不必再加醬料囉!

料很滿、皮酥脆,而且可以加起司!
很特別也很加分,不會覺得很突兀或多餘~
雖然生意好但也不會飢餓行銷或是讓客人在攤子前面大排長龍。
所以看到攤子前面沒排隊,但是要等個半小時也是有可能的,因為店家會在點完餐後給一個號碼牌!這種方式真的比在攤子前面排隊、空等好多了~~
