第一次來,蠻推四神湯的。擔仔麵(米粉)價錢偏高,但口味還算不錯? 肉燥香氣夠,不過偏鹹,喜歡重口味的可以點看看。 米糕很特別,上面有撒上自製魚鬆,覺得很特別。

很古早味的擔仔麵跟米糕,小菜最喜歡切魚給跟粉腸切淋上醇香的醬油膏跟蒜泥?(不吃鹹可以麻煩老闆醬油膏少ㄧ點)。份量不多卻很滿足口慾?

看了網路上的評論,不太敢來吃,但陸續有幾個澎湖的朋友推薦吃看看,終於找到 最近搬家到光明路、惠民一街,脆皮雞翅旁邊 價位是高一些 但米糕的魚鬆、魚丸、小菜的魚粿都是手工自己製作,個人覺得用料確實實在,近年狗母魚漲價漲了不少 米糕的米確實火候很好,米的彈性跟顆粒感都維持,肉燥的比例也剛好,也沒有死鹹,比我預期的還不鹹很多,而且湯汁的味道比較多食材的味道,調味料不會放太多,魚鬆很香,整體是均衡好吃的,量不多,我是點小碗的40元,但是覺得味道很協調,使用食材,少化學材料 狗母魚丸非常好吃,口感比較沒有那麼硬脆,但相對的天然、有食材的鮮味,也是店家手工製作,老闆說很重要的是魚漿捏製的溫度,只是機器沒辦法做到的,我想跟握壽司的米飯應該有點類似,個人比較喜歡食材原味,每個人的味覺都很主觀 魚粿很Q,調味料少,我也覺得很難得 豆干、豆皮卷都是澎湖這邊生產的,跟台灣的不一樣,相對薄,老闆切的很薄,口感好,蔥也切的蠻細的,是目前小吃店吃最認真切的蔥,醬汁也不會太鹹,這次來沒有遇到之前評論小菜非常鹹的狀況 店內滷味櫃裡面的辣椒很棒,超夠辣,用滷汁滷過,色澤很美,味道也增加了香氣 整體而言,價錢雖然比較高些,確實有老店的功力與堅持 今日來訪的時候老闆對客人很真誠也很有禮貌
