★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 來澎湖記得來試試這家在地小吃，味道偏清淡吃起來不膩口，麵條是使用意麵吃起來特別爽口，排骨酥是用清蒸方式，吃起來軟嫩又帶點炸過後的香味，建議可多加一份排骨吃起來才過癮。店內半開放式建議可外帶回飯店或民宿食用，外帶包裝很特別還，會多使用一層牛皮紙隔熱。

覺得很好吃
麵很Q彈跟一般的麵吃起來不一樣
排骨吃起來也很香湯也好喝
就是可惜沒有放香菜芹菜
但是下次去玩還是會想吃
員工也很親切

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 排骨意麵的麵條我不喜歡，我這碗的排骨幾乎都是骨頭，湯頭偏甜，生為台北人的我，坦白說並不是很合我口味。但是澎湖出生的老公，則是很愛。只能說青菜蘿蔔各有所好，另外它的價格另我有點驚嚇?
I don’t like the noodles in Spaghetti with Pork Ribs. The ribs in my bowl are almost all bones, and the soup is sweet. Being born in Taipei, frankly speaking, it is not very suitable for my taste. 湯頭的部分有種淡淡清香，麵條也很特別（不是一般黃麵的口感）
餛飩麵跟排骨麵都推，但價格真的比較需要斟酌一點：）建議可以試試看是不是自己偏好～

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這是一間意外的驚喜，畢竟這次造訪澎湖並沒有放在口袋名單內，臨時經過感覺不錯所以嘗試看看。一碗160元的排骨酥餛飩麵聽起來不是很便宜，但上餐後看到飽滿的排骨酥及大餛飩，瞬間覺得這個份量絕對撐得起這個售價。
炸鹵排骨非常大塊，皮薄肉軟嫩多汁，讓人一口接著一口，大餛飩的餡料也沒在客氣，萬萬沒想到此間餐廳意外成了澎湖旅遊最愛的餐點之一。
不過麵條本身偏軟，但不至於到軟爛，能夠煮得口感能更有彈性的話更好。
