利用話術口頭上說明，實際上則完全不同。
第一次參加旅展，感覺上非常的差！！
業務說明有包含哪些項目，有五個行程。
最後去到澎湖只剩下兩個行程，業者又責怪我們
說業務沒寫上備註行程項目，好像變成我們的錯
處理方式不恰當，是否都該當場錄音佐證做為比對？
俊鑫旅行社，老闆口氣態度很差，說我們一家人很奇怪，一下子要那樣一下子又要那樣？原本想說三台大台的機車，我以為小台的機車是指50cc結果問一下是115cuxi，更改一台為小台，然後老闆就爆氣了？？？機車也爛到爆！cuxi還是那種很嚴重的生鏽，後座腳踏的地方，本身就壞掉，一邊不能開一邊不能關，後照鏡還是用膠帶綑綁住，傻眼貓咪???
