★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 超差的服務,這麼多櫃臺只開了3個窗口,中午11點半直接關窗口走人,讓一堆已經等了1,2個小時的客戶超傻眼,跟櫃臺反應,還說行員去吃飯,,,你們吃飯很重要,客戶活該要像白痴一樣等你們吃完飯才能辦事,,,這種公股銀行真是爛爆了
Very poor service, so many counters only opened 3 windows, and the windows were closed at 11:30 noon, leaving a bunch of customers who had been waiting for one or two hours so dumbfounded. They reacted to the counter and said that the staff went to eat. ,,,It’s very important for you to eat. Customers should be like idiots to wait for you to finish their meals before they can do anything.
