剛好經過進去吃看看, 沒想到挺令人意外的, 湯味道較淡, 料都非常新鮮! 滷味的味道非常好? 魚粿我吃了一份不夠又在加點, 這幾天會再去回訪。

中規中矩的小管麵線,小管、青蔥、白麵線,看起來相當青翠可口。但我給不了四顆星的原因是,湯頭幾乎只是鹽味,沒帶出小管應有的鮮甜。我原本期待是像台南名小吃「小卷米粉」那樣的...儘管很多店家都做不到,但我認為海鮮湯類料理,湯底非常重要,以魚骨、蝦殼等邊料加上昆布、蔬菜,就能熬煮出海鮮高湯,上桌前再淋點米酒、白胡椒壓腥提味。很可惜,這家店未好好利用湯頭將小管、青蔥、白麵線融為一體,否則就更完整了。

Very good seafood and very fresh, i really recommend going to local restaurants and shops around Penghu so that you can truly enjoy the cuisine of Penghu. This is one of the many restaurants that I've been around Taiwan and these small restaurant shops are usually the ones I go to enjoy some local food. Worth it.
