滷肉飯是吃到飽本身也還不錯,但是其他東西就都覺得有點可惜,蚵啊吃起來有點水水的、炸甜不辣的甜不辣本身超級厚實感覺更適合用來烤炸的吃起來很微妙、其他烤串的記憶點也不深,若想吃粗飽可以來吃吃看

餐點無太多調味,食材新鮮,刷醬部份,稍嫌無變化,人員介紹很熱情但要在自然一點會更好喔☺️ 推薦想在澎湖吃燒烤的人??

餐點可口非常適合宵夜跟朋友一起來用餐 帶殼牡蠣烤的剛剛好 多汁又非常新鮮 雞腿卷的外皮酥脆內層的肉汁也都還保留住 比雞腿排好吃多了 雞腿排感覺烤的時間不夠 皮下脂肪還沒完全化掉 吃起來有點膩偏油 建議直接點雞腿卷! 雞心也完全沒有腥味外面的烤醬也調的剛好 不會死鹹 杏鮑菇跟四季豆一口咬下也是多汁爽口 沒有烤過頭的苦味 吃完肉類可以換吃蔬菜解膩 內用的話有熱湯可以喝 還有滷肉飯可以免費吃到飽 但當天就準備一定的份量 太晚去的話可能會沒有 非常推薦的澎湖宵夜選擇 店內位置沒有很多建議可以先打電話問問

小管烤得不錯,炸的小管頭也是香酥,可惜的是豬雞到豆乾四季豆等等的串燒醬料都一樣的醬油底,吃到後面很無趣,會有點膩,雞肉吃起來像浸漬很久的感覺,一絲一絲的沒有雞肉該有的多汁鮮嫩口感,同樣也是偏鹹醬底,吃到後面就放棄,番茄培根比麻糬培根好吃許多,整體海鮮類比較好,肉類的調味要多點層次,像羊肉就有孜然味,蔬菜其實不用太多醬,用海鮮的方式去烤,吃起來會清爽一點。我之前吃過打的評論都會消失了,不知道是不是換名字,總之我是一年想到吃一次,小管真的烤得不錯,串燒真的可以加強,尤其是腿排,吃不出雞肉鮮嫩感,相當可惜。

花枝丸跟炸(魷魚腳??)都表現良好,我覺得沾番茄醬很讚,因為本身有自帶鹹味,所以沾胡椒鹽會有點過鹹。 接著上菜了生蠔很新鮮,可以搭配檸檬汁更美味,還可以解膩,在快吃完時串燒也馬上來了,速度剛剛好,但是串燒表現很普,沒有特別好吃價位落在30上下還行。 重頭戲魷魚跟鮮魚來了!魷魚烤的微焦,吃起來還帶著甜味,魷魚頭則是運用日本炸天婦羅的技巧製作,還把眼睛給處理掉了,可以直接食用,非常細心。 鮮魚表面用鹽巴鹽烤,可以輕易把皮撥下,內部肉質軟嫩超讚! 最後大蝦(380元一隻不便宜)表現還不錯,第一次吃到這麼大的蝦,口感扎實Q彈,吃起來很爽。牛排表現還行,沒有乾柴可以給過,如果想多吃肉可以點。
