這間餐廳是在地人推薦的,聽說以前在台北也開過一間分店,但因為…跟某位彭姓藝人OOXX難分難解的…等等很多因素而結束營業… 附近馬路很寬,而且都可以停在路邊,所以避開鬧區一位難求的停車障礙,這裡算是一個聚餐的好地方… 整間餐廳走的是懷舊復古風,店內陳設非常多老闆收集的老物件,基本上沒有什麼裝潢,就是老房子加上很多的老物件,整體呈現復古風格… 一進門上座,提供一瓶非常清淡的風茹茶,和好幾個陶碗,沒有提供杯子,而是用茶碗當杯子使用… 菜色上,就是傳統澎湖菜風格… 1.滷秋刀魚,骨頭已經滷製的酥爛了,整塊都可以吃進嘴裡不用吐魚骨頭,但說實話吃起來有點像是遠洋牌的秋刀魚罐頭… 2.花生粉炒高麗菜,簡單說就是花生油炒高麗菜起鍋前拌入顆粒較粗的花生碎,較軟的高麗菜搭配脆口的花生碎,口感上還蠻特別的… 3.酸瓜炒五花肉,就跟菜名一樣,用澎湖人喜歡的醃製酸瓜炒五花肉,酸鹹的口感很下飯,但小孩子都不愛… 4.炒花菜干,這道菜機乎澎湖每家餐廳都有做,但口味卻各有千秋,也是好吃… 5.石鮔干滷肉,這道菜也是澎湖經典菜色,也是每家餐廳都有的菜色,石鮔就是澎湖特有的一種章魚啦,章魚曬成干之後,濃縮了海味,拿來滷肉別有一番滋味,跟花東海岸的飛魚乾滷肉有異曲同工之妙,章魚干滷了之後的口感也很讚,這道菜非常下飯,連小朋友都愛吃… 6.海菜煎蛋,這道菜也是澎湖餐廳都有的菜色,有的是把海菜打成汁混合蛋液拿來煎,有的是吃的到海菜的脆口感,個人覺得沒有很特別… 7.炸花枝丸,這個也是澎湖餐廳菜單上一定都有的菜色,其實我有點懷疑他們是不是都跟同一間工廠進貨,因為吃起來口感都一樣… 8.紫菜湯,沒錯就是紫菜湯… 這一桌八道菜,四個大人四個小孩完全完食,算很好吃;還有,千萬不可跟老闆提及某位彭姓藝人,老闆會很不爽…
This restaurant was recommended by the locals. I heard that there was a branch in Taipei before, but it was closed due to... indistinguishable from a certain artist named Peng OOXX... and many other factors... The nearby road is very wide, and you can park on the side of the road, so avoiding a hard-to-find parking obstacle in the downtown area, this is a good place to have dinner… The whole restaurant is in a nostalgic retro style. There are many old objects collected by the boss in the store. Basically, there is no decoration. It is the old house plus a lot of old objects. As soon as I entered the door and were seated, a bottle of very light Fengru tea and several pottery bowls were provided. Instead of providing cups, tea bowls were used as cups… The dishes are traditional Penghu dishes… 1. Braised saury, the bones have been marinated and crispy, the whole piece can be eaten in the mouth without spitting the fish bones, but to be honest, it tastes a bit like canned saury from Ocean Brand… 2. Stir-fried cabbage with peanut flour, simply put, stir-fry cabbage with peanut oil and mix coarsely chopped peanuts before serving. The softer cabbage is paired with crispy chopped peanuts. The taste is quite special… 3. Stir-fried pork belly with pickled gourd, just like the name of the dish, stir-fried pork belly with pickled pickled gourd that Penghu people like, the sour and salty taste is very delicious, but children don’t like it… 4. Stir-fried dried cauliflower, this dish is made in almost every restaurant in Penghu, but the taste is different, and it is delicious... 5. Braised pork with Shiyun, this dish is also a classic dish in Penghu, and it is also a dish in every restaurant. Shiyun is a kind of octopus unique to Penghu. After the octopus is dried, it concentrates the seafood. The taste is similar to that of the dried flying fish on the east coast of Huadong. The taste of the dried octopus is also very good. This dish is very delicious, even children love it... 6. Seaweed omelette, this dish is also a dish in Penghu restaurants, some are made of seaweed into juice and mixed with egg liquid for frying, and some are eaten with the crispy texture of seaweed. Personally, I don’t think it is very special… 7. Fried Huazhiwan, this is also a dish that must be on the menu of Penghu restaurants. In fact, I am a little doubtful that they are all purchased from the same factory, because they taste the same... 8. Seaweed soup, yes it is seaweed soup… This table of eight dishes, four adults and four children have completely eaten, it is very delicious; also, do not mention a certain artist surnamed Peng to the boss, the boss will be very upset...

Super restaurant, the best we had in taiwan, delicious traditionnal food in a restaured old penghu style house. Lot of old funny objects inside, like a small museum. Amazing expérience.

Overrated. Not sure if it's due to large amount of booking they have, we were served w "you have one hour to eat" the second we sat down! The "recommended dishes" on the single page was literally forced on us~ as they were the most popular dishes. They were all premade cold dishes. They were highly recommended because the second you close the menu book, they are on your table! They were at most mediocre! The only "exciting" thing was the exterior, it's nicely done, good photo spot. I supposed you can stop by and take a photo outside and dine somewhere else.
