Many of them are talking english, totally english friendly even the menu :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trendy bar with great service. Drinks are a little bit pricey, but the atmosphere is amazing. Love the music selection and the couches in the back. However, they have a giant beautiful room with super cool decorations and private booths that you need to buy a bottle over 2500 NT$ to enter into. When we went it was completely empty in the entire bar and I didn’t see the harm in allowing my wife and I to go hang out in there.
Kind of hard to find if you’re not familiar with the door - look for the wooden barrel at the corner of the road!
