★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 無名麵店一點都不無名，每每一到幾乎客人滿桌，餐點麵食料多實在口味好吃，如果您是點乾麵，店家更會貼心的附上一碗清湯給您，不得不介紹一下店家的感性滷味，一大盤出場時一大把的蔥花撒滿，搭上店內辣椒醬一起吃美味！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ?這家無名麵食，也是澎湖當地人才知道的麵店，地址就在馬公市新生路40號，最有名的就是他的乾麵。
?當乾麵端上來，讓小馬很失望，沒有想像中有很多滷肉或肉燥，就簡單的放上一點榨菜，跟少許肉絲，沒想到一吃下他的乾麵，筷子就停不下來，麵條帶有古早味的豬油香，調味又調的剛剛好，三兩下就被我吃光光。
?讓小馬感受到，越簡單的東西要把他做到好吃，真的是不簡單。超級推薦他的乾麵，店家還附上免費的清湯喔。

老闆娘說招牌是乾麵，的確每桌不管是觀光客或在地人都會點上一碗，牛肉麵是中藥味的湯頭，也別有一番風味。
來到澎湖除了網路介紹的眾多美食之外，嘗試一下在地特色小店也可以有不同的感受。
