相當推薦這間燒烤,配合覓海灣精品露營車老闆的在地吃法,吃完很過癮。這邊的海鮮相當新鮮,老闆醃製的黑胡椒豬肉及甜不辣也十分美味。

網路上的評價總是很兩極,有的人說很好cp值很高,但親身體驗後真的最多只能給一顆星評價。 第一、醃製肉品感覺像是放好幾天冷藏。 第二、小管是冷凍的,烤好後肉質軟爛很不新鮮。 第三、選用魚隻含有大量細刺易卡牙縫。 第四、鮮蚵及蛤蜊內含有大量泥沙(未吐沙)。 第五、鳳螺腥味極重,每咬一口都難以下嚥。 ⚠️真的是越吃越火大,幾乎每樣海鮮食材都不新鮮,把第一次夾的大致吃完不浪費就離席了。 ⚠️若因價格競爭,逕而消減食材新鮮度真的是不推,每人420元都覺得不值,如果食材夠新鮮哪怕是一人1000元,我想照樣生意興隆。

第一次來澎湖的第一餐~ 看了評論帶著忐忑的心情~ 一進門闆娘熱情的招呼~ 服務人員也都很親切的說明用餐方式與燒烤的注意事項, 食材上沒有很多,畢竟這樣的價位我真的覺得很等值了呢? 非常喜歡吃海鮮的我吃了很多小卷~ 建議大家如果不喜歡像我喜歡吃中間的蛋的人~ 就把他整個剪開攤平(像賣烤魷魚一樣),這樣你會覺得口感好很多~我喜歡吃軟軟口感就直接烤,口味就見仁見智囉! 推薦香腸一定要吃~因為剛開始火有點小我烤超久..但後面服務人員有自己注意到幫我把火轉大(自己無法調整),所以如果覺得火太小沒關係,開開你的小口告訴服務人員,他們一定會幫忙你的? 肉的調味我覺得只要在輕輕刷單面一層烤醬就很重口味了~調味也非常入味好吃? 當天下著真的超級大的雨☔️…我們腳邊都淹水了。 看著服務人員忙進忙出的放抽水工具、關心客人有沒有被雨潑到,當天每個客人都很好很體諒,我想這就是最美的風情了吧❤️ 有機會一定要來感受一下澎湖的人情味與用心的食材?謝謝你們給了我美好的夜晚?
