★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best cafe for working in Penghu that we could find. Big, bright, nice and cool, pretty ok wifi, and power outlets everywhere. The person that runs it is very happy to let you work for as long as you want, order outside food, etc. Highly recommended for foreign remote workers! Oh also the coffee is hella good lol.
