而墓碑旁設有一組大理石桌椅，因與軍區相連常有阿兵哥趁空閒之時偷偷來此歇憩看景。遊客一般禁止進入。而旁邊也有著舊營區遺址荒廢棄之，上頭刻有“發揚大膽精神”是否為金門大膽部隊來此紮營已無資訊可考，大膽遺址後方又設有早期部隊用的大繩梯可攀爬直通懸崖下，但年久失修保養已無法再使用，據說十幾年前阿兵哥還有在利用此繩梯至漁村遊玩。
