The Guandi Temple at Xiaochijiao has been built for more than a hundred years. The existing Maong Temple broke ground in 1962 and was rebuilt in 1988. The current temple base is the small hill behind the old temple, and the steps in front of the temple are the temple base of the old temple. A note in the temple about the completion of the rebuilding of Guandi Temple in Xiaochijiao, Xiyu Township, Penghu County, Taiwan.

廟旁有座雙曲橋，近年成為許多網紅的打卡景點，再往前也可以觀看玄武岩和靠潮汐捕魚的九宮格石滬。
拍照之餘，也可以停下腳步，到廟裡參拜，祈求全家平安。
