★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 高中來過一次，這次來因為有在地人的帶領，嚐鮮了更多種在澎湖必吃的美食，小管麵線不像台南的小卷麵線偏甜，而是利用小管本身的甜味帶出香氣的湯頭，再加上海菜，提升鮮味，是來通樑必吃的小吃；海菜煎餅雖然海菜香味沒有很重，但配上獨特醬汁讓整個風味提升，也不會像一般蔥抓餅一樣油，反而吃完非常清爽想一個接著一個吃；炸小管也是脆而不膩，裹粉的皮不會太厚；仙人掌冰則是買炸物就會送的哦，在炎炎夏日配上這個冰也是會讓人透心涼！！
