魚和小管鮮美的味道，湯頭喝起來清爽甘甜，加一點油蔥酥，喝起來很古早的味道呢
麵線的口感偏硬，剛好我喜歡硬一點的感覺較有嚼勁

Fish and tubules are delicious, the soup tastes refreshing and sweet, with a little bit of oil onion crisp, it tastes very old
The texture of the noodles is hard, but I like it harder and chewy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 小管魚麵110元，大概三個小管四塊魚肉，油麵偏Q一點點點，紅蔥湯頭非常鮮美！份量剛好，反正來澎湖就是要多吃幾家呀，吃這麼飽幹嘛！
海膽炒蛋，配上番茄醬口味很好，海膽很多但我吃不太出來海膽的味道（嘴拙），但炒但很好吃！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自從吃了這家的小管～～從此開啟我澎湖的小管之旅！在台北我是不吃小管的!但!它的小管新鮮又Q又好咬!實在是太好吃了!!可惜我點錯了!點到小管魚麵，所以小管只有3個切片～～而同碗的魚沒有刺好入口～～但味道有點腥～～
當天還點了海膽炒蛋，一樣新鮮好吃呀！唯一缺點～～蒼蠅一直來攻擊～～還出動手拿風扇來趕～～
Ever since I ate this small pipe~~ I started my small pipe journey in Penghu! I don't eat small tubes in Taipei! But! Its small tubes are fresh, Q and good bite! It's really delicious!! Unfortunately I ordered the wrong one! I ordered the small tube fish noodles, so the small tube only has 3 slices~~ and The fish in the same bowl doesn't have a good bite~~ but the taste is a bit fishy~~
I also ordered scrambled eggs with sea urchin that day, which is just as fresh and delicious! The only downside~~The flies keep attacking~~I also use my hand to catch the fan~~
