不像其他馬公店家，都使用進口小魚干，檢驗超標的添加物太多，漂白劑高達2000多倍。在加上，澎湖縣政府又不管。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 不愛吃小魚乾跟蝦米的我，吃過安邦海鮮干貝醬只能說....是我以前沒吃到好吃的小魚乾！！蝦米也沒我害怕的腥味......小魚乾吃得到鮮味！海味！干貝量也不少（驚）炒泡麵沒有再加調味料，竟然有鮮甜感！吃完泡麵又忍不住又挖了一瓢！單吃不死鹹！
老闆不說其實也吃的出來是正港澎湖丁香魚

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 老闆娘人超好一家人都很熱情，東西很實在是澎湖新鮮貨，老闆娘兒子親自釣的魚，自銷無防腐劑添加，剛好吃到老闆娘現煮現吃海產超級新鮮～建議買丁香魚類或澎湖在地海產，可以直接問老闆娘比較快～應有盡有、可以宅配，到澎湖必去買的私人筆記名產店。第一次來的人要稍微找一下是住家喔～
