★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 來到隘門社區，尋找古法製作細麵線的傳統店，找不到路也沒有門牌，只有靠熟人帶路。嚐過隘門麵線真的好，煮的時候不會死鹹、不會爛掉、很好煮很快就熟了，麵條是自然風味，這是我在台灣嚐過最讚的手工麵線是隘門製作的，買了也帶回南部分享?。
 When I came to Aimen community, I was looking for a traditional shop that made thin noodles with ancient methods. I’ve tried Aimen noodles. It’s really good. It won’t be too salty or rot when cooked. The noodles are cooked very quickly. The noodles have a natural flavor. This is the best handmade noodles I have tasted in Taiwan. Made by Aimen, I bought it and brought it back to the south for sharing?.
