★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local Taiwanese food featuring goose in original salt marinated flavor and smoked flavor. I have to say this restaurant has its unique cooking. Personally I like the pan-fried fish. Crispy skin and tender flesh under. The rice comes with goose grease saturated. That's quite tasty. Limited seats though. The best part is that they don't use MSG. This is hard to find in Kaoshung where people are crazy about MSG. ?
