★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 重辦健保卡速度快到讓人驚訝，進去抽號碼牌到出來，前後不到五分鐘，而且服務態度不會因為速度快而打折扣，真的滿厲害
The speed of re-issuing the health insurance card is surprisingly fast. It takes less than five minutes before and after the number card is drawn. The service attitude will not be compromised because of the fast speed. It is really amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I haven't brought my photos to apply for a new insurance card since I lost the old one. I thought I had to come back with photos but one of the elderly ladies said: "Ok, then let's take a photo now, stand over there" :) I was very pleased they use that way as people don't have to come back again saving everyone's time. The service is efficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appreciated for help from the counter staff Yang Shumei who serviced me today , I am foreigner ,due my personal data haven't sync yet , and I would see doctor soon ,so she coordinated actively with the respective department and urge them to review my data with priority , finally got my national insurance card. Really thanks again .
