Dine at lunch time 1.10pm food order Kang Kong only vegetables 100NT available due to season. Salted prawn 280NT. Taste not too bad but not great. Rice one very small bowl. See the photo. If you are rice eater, I think you need 4 to 6 bowls. Haha. Menu no photo. Coming back if only restaurant available in hualien.
