店家的休息時間並不一定,每個月都會寫成一張紙公告在攤頭上,有去買的時候可以注意一下。到了攤子先別急著點餐,拿張號碼牌乖乖等待叫號就對了。輪到時,就會問需要幾塊蔥肉餅,要不要加蛋,沒加蛋25元,加蛋的30元。 蔥肉餅大小跟我喜歡吃的大武町蔥肉餅差不多,裡面的餡料味道卻差異甚大。除了肉、蔥花外,還添加了高麗菜,讓餡料的甜度較高,從未想過蔥肉餅吃來竟是清爽的。半煎炸的蔥肉餅外皮酥脆,咀嚼感不錯,但個人還是喜歡大武町的蔥肉餅,這間有名的無名蔥肉餅就讓清淡飲食的外食者排隊吧!

原本靠近勝利路口的攤車遷移至這裡,蔥肉蛋餅味道很好,建議要加辣,但畢竟烹調的方式是油煎煮,比較偏油喔。

老實說從小吃到大,一直都很好吃,內餡豬肉新鮮,高麗菜爽脆,蛋很軟嫩,但最近的價格真的有點小貴…..

原本在比較靠近勝利路路口的小餐車,從小家人就會買來當點心吃,內餡包著新鮮絞肉、高麗菜和蔥花,滋味相當不錯,但因為是用半煎炸的方式來製作,所以吃起來比較油一點,隨著物價調漲的關係,有越來越小、內餡越來越少,也賣的越來越貴的趨勢
