★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我們需要會說台語看護，來了一個穿只拖鞋，素質也不好，也沒有注意病人點滴沒有，到了就在沙發上看電視，打瞌睡，要求換一個看護時，既然來一個外籍的，叫病人怎麼跟一個只會問吃飽沒，外籍溝通，跟聯絡的老闆討論既然直接告訴我們，沒看護了，直接被掛電話，從來沒有遇過那麼不尊重我們家屬的看護中心，

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家屬和公司都在今早被看護通知，不做了到今天，公司沒有應變能力，家屬沒有任何緩衝地帶，對這樣的行為，感到失望與無奈。
重點是昨天還有說有笑的，並沒有對看護不禮貌行為。
此外籍看護明顯護理能力與知識不足，動作生疏粗魯了些，每次都用溝通方式請她改進並原諒她的疏失；結果換來是有錢多事少的新工作就跑了，不管後續。
