整體來說都很不錯 上菜速度也很快 有興趣可以嘗試看看

行前店裡小姐用心來電提醒、並確認菜單11道,如文末!
當天平日天氣尚好,勝利星村周邊之公有路邊、停車場也都好找位置,內外用餐環境舒適宜人,服務熱情美好!
3+1位用餐,只有二位大吃貨,戰力不強,餐點每道都非常精緻可口、份量十足,有提供用心打包帶回家!值得再去光臨的美食好店家!:D

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 東西好吃?平日晚上也會客滿,一定要訂位,沒訂位吃不到…訂位時會請你先點餐,點完餐之後無法再現場加點。裡面都是圓桌,桌數不多,可以感覺到廚師料理的用心,食材很新鮮,進去要換拖鞋,洗手間在外面,進去前店員會很貼心提醒先去上洗手間。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 好吃?菜很有特色,蠻喜歡枸杞葉的味道,每道菜都蠻入味的,不過麻婆跟剁椒好像有點不夠辣,覺得可以再辣一點味道更好,因為位在勝利星村,環境比較小,但濃濃的眷村味也是很棒,用餐環境跟菜品都很值得一去。
The delicious dishes are very distinctive. I really like the taste of wolfberry leaves. Each dish is quite tasty. However, Mapo and Chopped Chili seem to be a little bit spicy enough. The environment is relatively small, but the strong flavor of military villages is also great. The dining environment and dishes are worth a visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日前與友人同遊勝利星村,在這景點想要找懷舊又有本土味的餐點,我想阿漢私廚是一個不錯的選擇!所謂的私廚是不是開放的餐廳,如果沒有預先訂位,會吃到閉門羹。我在訂位時,店家也提醒先點好菜色,讓他們及早備好食材,這個措施我挺贊同的,因為店家可以節省食材不必要的浪費,我們消費者依約到場後,就可以享受餐點,節省等候時間。我們點了招牌的剁椒午仔魚、櫻花蝦炒飯、枸杞葉大蝦、香芋小卷、皮蛋菠菜及剥皮辣椒蛤蠣雞湯。同席的朋友對每道菜都讚賞有加;以下是我對每道菜的評論:剁椒魚-魚肉鮮嫩、再搭配上主廚自己醃漬的剁椒,的確鹹香甘甜,很下飯,只是有點不足的是剁椒真的是一點都不辣,也許是主廚是在遷就消費者,大部分的人無法吃辣,但是這道菜的主角是剁椒,會點它的人,就是要享受到辣椒的辣度刺激味蕾的感覺,我不是能吃很辣的人,但是我覺得剥皮辣椒雞湯都比這道菜還辣!櫻花蝦炒飯:很特別混合著黑米,所以吃得到炒飯的Q彈,枸杞葉大蝦:業者很貼心,將蝦身剥殼,方便就食,大蝦肉質鮮甜,而且這道菜小份的就有6隻大蝦,價格只訂320元,cp值超高!香芋小卷:用酥炸的手法表現,再用椒鹽乾炒,芋條炸得很香,會讓人ㄧ口接一口的吃,停不住!皮蛋菠菜:皮蛋很有味道,調味得不錯,可惜菠菜偏乾!剥皮辣椒蛤蠣雞湯:雞湯味道醇厚,有蛤蠣的鮮、辣椒的辣及甘味,雞肉的肉質也很有嚼勁!
