一次提早半小時打電話訂餐，結果到現場沒客人，店員解釋剛剛在忙所以忘記……現在疫情期間都是這樣玩的嗎？……

水餃真的很難吃
十顆裡面有一半都破掉
皮也軟軟爛爛的
外送要等到天荒地老
（非用餐尖峰時段，已經下午一點多）
一顆星都不想給

很抱歉造成你的不愉快，但是我們真的不知道你在不愉快什麼？
我們辣味跟原味的皮都是沒有味道的
只有餡料的差別，所以不可能有什麼皮是辣味，內餡是原味的問題，或許你用到我們的醬油膏是蒜味的會辣喔。
還有您老婆是打電話來點餐的，她一來就結帳拿走了並沒有等到喔，謝謝
最後，你真的不愉快或是哪裡認知有問題哪裡不清楚，你可以走進來用問的，不要在門口把餐點全部丟進來，你整個餐點丟到我們女店員身上，整個噴的她眼睛臉上都是。
總之，她很痛
最後，對你用餐不愉快我們感到很抱歉，下次希望你可以用溝通的，我們會盡量講到你明白，不要拿東西丟人，謝謝
