★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 有一位年長女店員態度有夠差。乖乖排隊買口罩還被她罵，甚至還一直對客人大吼大叫說上班還要賣口罩真的很累很煩，真的很不想賣，用很兇的口吻叫我們不要再來買了。（然後對隔壁買高單價藥品的客人態度超好）請問是在差別待遇什麼？要不是你們是健保特約藥局誰會想來你們家買口罩啊？誰上班不累啊？不爽上班可以辭啊，客人沒有義務花錢還要當妳的出氣筒欸，工作態度有夠差。請妳管控好自己的情緒，用尊重的態度對待每一位客人好嗎？???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 人多的狀態下，當然沒有辦法顧到每個人，但只要服務員態度尚可，顧客稍微等候一下本是應該的。每個會前來藥局購物的人通常都是身體不適、或是比較急切，當然就顯得不耐煩了，只希望店家可以全心全意的服務自己，可是客人不是只有你一個啊∼店家也很辛苦的要服務應對你們每個人，所以本該要有同理心啦。
