★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 喜歡房子的設計，在轉角處有大角度的弧形立面，垂直的突出飾條和頂端外凸的飾蓋形成一種不搶天空的樣貌，多面的開窗看起來很有生活氣息，騎樓還有一個因地裡位置才有的地下道出入口，騎樓還算寬敞整潔，少見的街道景色，是不可複製的工程景色。
I like the design of the house. There is a large-angle curved façade at the corner. The vertical protruding trim strips and the top convex trim cover form a look that does not grab the sky. The multi-faceted windows look very lifelike. There is also an underpass entrance and exit that only depends on the location in the land. The arcade is still spacious and tidy, and the rare street scene is an unrepeatable engineering scene.
