★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 說是鼎鼎大名的老店，千里迢迢來朝聖，但，相見不如思念就好。老板都很和善，屏東的麻醬麵會加榨菜肉絲，這是很特殊的飲食文化，但是他家的麻醬麵真沒味兒，餛飩湯也沒什麼好描述的，倒是肉絲麵(其實是有榨菜的)蠻有意思的，來他家，我覺得就點肉絲麵就OK了。從台北千里奔來，唉！心情有點受傷，就這樣吧！必竟也就吃過了。若沒有那碗榨菜肉絲麵拉升了一些分數，它會更低。我給它4顆星82分評價。

點了乾的麻醬肉絲麵和一些滷味小菜，麵還加20元加大，但份量沒有加大的感覺。
本身不算重口味的人，但吃了後發現味道真的很淡，沒有麻醬味，肉絲也很少，還得自己加醋加辣才覺得有味道
滷味的部分也得再加醬油才有味道。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 小時候的回憶，媽媽都會帶我去北平路巷口的胡老爹麵店吃餛飩麵～很懷念湯的一種特殊氣味～這是我小時候的味道、童年回憶⋯真的只有屏東才有的麵香味⋯只要有機會回屏東都要來吃一碗餛飩麵～而且還要打包好幾碗帶回去給家人品嚐這懷舊的滋味?
