大大的咬下一口，首先嚐到的是赤肉，由於是全瘦肉，肉質略為乾柴，但滷汁的香氣還不錯，越往下吃越吃到榨菜時，反而補足略乾的問題。而吃到中間的部分，則換回烤肉。雖不是烤的，但肉的醃料用的還不錯，搭上不手軟的榨菜，口味並不差。刈包的麵皮，口感雖不突出，但該有的軟度表現的還算可以，整體而言雖是中規中矩，但偶爾想要解饞足以。
