★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 用餐環境舒適，送餐速度很快；服務人員態度很好，時時注意到客人的需求，筷子掉地反應快速，馬上拿新的來換！整體上用餐還算愉快⋯⋯唯對提早到的客人應可多些招呼，而不是直接叫客人出去門口坐！感覺有點冷陌！不曉得為什麼訂桌客人入座就要開始算時間，也沒有其他客人了呀！

小蒙牛麻辣鍋口味屬於有淡淡地花椒味，辣在前段口腔，不會到喉嚨的那種。今天蠻訝異4人套餐提供的鍋底(鴨血和豆腐偏少，鴨血較薄數片，豆腐也不大塊卻只有4塊)，和以往消費多家的麻辣鍋店，第一次遇到提供那麼少量的鍋底，一度以為應該是少給了的感覺。
麻辣豆腐有點酒味，吃起來有臭豆腐的感覺。
配菜的肉品份量倒是蠻足夠的，整個吃下來對於口味和食材上的其實屬於平平穩穩，記憶點比較少，心裡面還是有無法超越的口袋名單呀。
