曾醫師看診相當仔細也很有耐心的說明,待病患也相當親切,診所的護理師大部分都很親切也很有耐心,惟今日回診,掛號櫃檯坐了一位身著便服,瘦瘦短髮、戴著大圈耳環的女生在櫃檯服務,我就問:妳到底是在不耐煩什麼?口罩也不懂得戴好!態度完全讓人大翻白眼?️不要因為妳一個人的因素,讓別人認為診所的護理師都和妳一樣。

幾天前給曾醫師看診,等了很久問診卻不到三分鐘,感覺草率一點也不仔細,旁邊還有一位捲頭髮的護士,站在旁邊還靠在櫃子上,意義不明,令人感受不佳很不專業,這次看診經驗非常糟糕!不會推薦親友來此診所,還是李兆俊診所細心多了

這是第一次留評論 一早看到古哥新聞po真心藥局4/22(周五)16:50有足跡 頓時想起自己看完診去領藥的時間好像比足跡時間晚了些 於是等到看診時間一到打了電話想詢問護理人員 是否能查詢自己當天領藥的時間 因為隔天起的10天必須做好自主管理 誰知道護理師的態度竟如此的冷漠 ※氣到已經忘記護理師重複的說哪句話沒聲線的話了 回應我說網路都查得到該如何自主管理 我回當然知道能查得到 只是想確認領藥時間 若碰上了得落實的做好自主管理 不能不遵守是吧 護理師回 我們也在自主管理但也上班啊 我還能說什麼就只是想確認時間… 然後做好自主管理 能/不能幫忙查詢 回應就幾個字很難嗎 ps 疫情嚴峻醫護人員真得非常的辛苦 感恩在心

這是我第一次這麼有一定要留負評的衝動,醫生很細心也很有耐心,每次都會給予我很詳盡的解釋,也會針對我的問題跟我討論去做治療,讓我很有安全感。可是櫃檯的兩位掛號人員,上班態度跟應對進退都非常讓人惱火,被病人晾在櫃台前不引導,問話裝沒聽到,只自顧自的嬉鬧聊天,一點也不敬業,每次都這樣,今天特別過分一直都覺得護理人員在忙少了笑容不是多大的事情,因為他們的專業在協助醫生提供醫療服務,可是這樣很糟糕的感受,還是第一次有,急診室都沒這兩位櫃台誇張,我說的就是0224穿黃色與杏色內搭的兩位櫃台,其他護理人員都很親切,醫生也很棒,請務必重視櫃檯門面的管理,謝謝!
