★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 二個年輕可愛的小妹妹經營的麵店煮出來的麵還真令人訝異，有濃濃的肉燥香味及麵條熟度也煮得很剛好，綜合丸子湯及餛飩湯也好吃
The noodle shop run by two young and lovely little sisters cooks really amazing noodles. It has a strong aroma of minced meat and the noodles are cooked to the right degree. The comprehensive meatball soup and wonton soup are also delicious.

✔️肉燥手工乾麵（小）$45
手工麵條口感略有嚼勁，但比起之前分享過「阿雪小吃店」的麵條來得軟些，對於覺得阿雪的麵條需要咬得比較費力的朋友，這間可能會覺得剛剛好。
肉燥讓人有記憶點，以瘦肉末為主的肉燥鹹香感十足，滷汁看似清淡吃起來卻夠味，微微帶點甜是我愛的口味，且其有一點點點稠度因此可以均勻沾附於麵條上，口口皆留香～
下次會想吃看看肉燥飯或鮪魚飯湯(◐‿◑)

✔️Dried Meat Handmade Noodles (Small) $45
The handmade noodles have a slightly chewy texture, but they are softer than the noodles in "Axue Snack Bar" that I shared before. For those who think that Axue's noodles need to be bit harder, this one may be just right.
The dried meat is memorable. The dried meat, which is mainly lean minced meat, is full of salty aroma. The marinade looks light but it tastes delicious. It is a little sweet and I like the taste, and it has a little consistency, so It can be evenly adhered to the noodles, and the mouth is full of fragrance~
Next time I will want to try it with dried pork rice or tuna rice soup (◐‿◑)

每次來總要點一整桌吃才過癮, 連台北和嘉義桃園來嘗鮮的親友都讚不絕口--美味不貴,手藝不凡,值得一再回訪的店家.
The environment is clean and refreshing, and the baniang is very friendly. The noodles, rice, soup and side dishes are almost all delicious.
Every time I come here, I always order a whole table to eat. Even relatives and friends who come to Taipei and Chiayi Taoyuan to try it are full of praise. It is a restaurant that is delicious and inexpensive, with extraordinary craftsmanship. It is worth visiting again and again.
