★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 去辦團體旅平險，提早六天（4個工作天）去辦，結果申辦後直到旅行前一天都沒收到保單，早上打電話去詢問，專員說會趕快確認後回撥電話，但結果等到下午都沒有回撥，覺得很扯，再次打電話去催，不得不懷疑：是否是要等旅行結束回來沒出事的話才核可，出事的話就說保單還沒有審核通過呢？（而且我們還是用電子保單）
這次經驗讓我再也不會去富邦產險！超不推薦！
I went to apply for group travel insurance and did it six days (4 working days) in advance. As a result, I did not receive the policy until the day before the trip. I called in the morning to inquire. I didn't call back in the afternoon, I felt it was ridiculous, and I called again to remind me, I had to wonder: Do I have to wait until I come back from the trip to be approved if there is no accident, and if there is an accident, it means that the insurance policy has not been approved yet? (And we still use e-policy)
This experience made me never go to Fubon Property & Casualty again! Super do not recommend!

The service attitude is poor. I just came to the company for questioning if I didn't understand it. I kept asking me to ask others, aren't you? I can’t teach you, and the on-site business is not very busy. I saw that there were only 3 guests, and I didn’t want to pay attention to it. They kept telling me to go back and ask them.
