在電話中有事先告知欲使用載具
店員回覆至現場取貨時再刷載具即可
可是取貨時發票卻已印出來
店員說因為活動繁忙不小心印出
然而想要退掉紙本發票重刷載具店員回覆不能
如果是活動剛開或是要節省流程都沒關係
然而昨天是活動最後一天
倘若不方便使用載具
不是有前面幾天的經驗可以預知此情形進而先告知顧客嗎?
希望若之後有此不方便刷載具的情形能在電話當下立即回覆顧客,謝謝。

今年是請他們外送,送來的時候年輕有朝氣的弟弟還祝我們母親節快樂!並且披薩還是熱的喔!超讚啦

我都不太會給一顆星
因為服務業很辛苦
但今天父親節
真的是畢生最糟糕的體驗
17:30的餐點
18:40才拿到
現場毫無秩序
下大雨大家都也在
被多收的停車費不知道找誰求償
糟糕的制度總公司要負責
做不出來的單沒控管導致一團亂
現場門市人員很可憐
但真的完全沒有辦法控制現場
刷卡的客人想退又退不掉
門市人員只先做線上刷卡的客人
好像現場結帳的就是次等公民
預約17:30的我一直舉手
他們卻只找「刷卡結帳」的客人
甚至跳過我直接問17:45的單
店員:你17:30的結帳了嗎
我:請問我要從哪裡排隊哪裡結帳?我已經在現場等了一小時了
店員:(直接走進店內不回答)
我:(直接跟著店員走進店內)
店員:不好意思疫情期間只限定三個人
我:(被趕出來還是不知道怎麼結帳取貨)
而且每次問店員也不給時間
甚至會叫你等
等到你懷疑人生
都還不確定今天到底吃不吃得到
滂沱大雨一堆人拿雨傘穿雨衣在等
做生意這樣你們對得起良心嗎?
這種節日大家都知道要先預約
所以很放心地準時去取餐
突然這樣子根本也臨時找不到可以吃的餐廳
想要退訂真也不知道該怎麼辦
剛剛看到網友母親節的照片
跟父親節狀況一模一樣呢
要吃達美樂的真的要三思
還沒快樂到就先被氣死
爛透了

隨便回答口齒不清
