1.需要患者 主動向櫃台提出索取紙本報告資料。
2. 再到隔壁簽名，再回到診所才能拿報告資料。
3. 向隔壁藥局拿處方簽，被要求再回診所簽名，才能回到藥局拿到處方簽。
4. 綜上，特意為難老人家，在診所與藥局間不停的來回奔走。服務真的不及格。
