醫生態度很差看診很敷衍(好幾次了)感受很差,一開始檢查出來說有假性近視就叫我們馬上花錢配眼鏡,說點散瞳劑沒什麼效果要配眼鏡,結果還不是開給我,這樣子的看診態度下次不會再想去的。

以前的看診經驗蠻好的,但現在有一個比較年輕的驗光師態度沒有很好,檢查也沒有以前的驗光師還要仔細,明明我的眼鏡才剛新配好,又說我的眼鏡度數不夠== 不過護理師跟診間醫師的態度都良好,也很專業?

醫生很棒很有醫德, 現場人員態度都很專業 因孩子近視,之前帶到其他診所,都只是開散瞳劑, 一開始來原本是跟醫生說, 孩子的度數好像一直增加, 看電視都咪咪眼, 還是要讓孩子配眼鏡 醫生說,是可以配, 但他還能矯正,你給我半年的時間,若治療無效, 再來考慮配鏡, 先不要那麼快放棄, 聽到醫生那麼有自信的回覆 燃起一絲希望 果然按照醫生的指示, 孩子這次的度數明顯改變, 度數降了25度, 相信持續配合醫生, 孩子的度數一定能恢復正常 看了一些人給的負評 根本不屬實 只覺的自己本身不相信醫生, 基本常識不足 又愛自我診斷, 孩子跟大人的治療 方式本來就不一樣, 有質疑就不要去治療 然後診所也沒收服務費 態度要要求多高呢

看google評論發現原來不只有我有相同感受…… 姑且不論經營者是否會看到這則評論,就算看到了,我也不覺得他會有任何改善……只是想寫出我個人感受供各位參考: 櫃檯護理人員態度很好,親切友善 藥師態度傲慢。看診完領藥的時候,藥師告訴我一天點四次,並沒有說明劑量。我不過順口問了他要點幾滴,他回說:不然你覺得要點幾滴?你點大力一點它就會出來很多滴,你壓小力一點就只有一滴。說真的,也許說者無心,但聽者聽到這幾句話難道不會他回覆的很不得體嗎?更何況他當下的態度讓人覺得很輕蔑 驗光人員幫孩子驗度數讓人覺得不耐煩。 我不要求視病猶親,我也不相信真的有人能做到如此。但我覺得貴診所的醫病溝通真的要非常加強。我掛的是1號,但進到診間坐在診療椅根本不到一分鐘就強烈感覺醫師很想迅速結束,換看下一位患者。孩子視力出現問題,但醫師連說明視力退化的可能原因及接下來的治療方式都不清不楚,都要我一一詢問才會說明,甚至讓我感覺他很想趕快叫我們到診間外配眼鏡。其中我問:這是暫時的還是永久的?一定要戴眼鏡嗎?醫師竟然回答:他是你孩子你自己決定!那是他的眼睛啊…你當他媽媽的,不是我!我再問他如果一週無法2次繪畫訓練可以嗎?他又再回答我:那是你孩子!……聽到醫者說出這種話真的很無言,專業在哪裡?是怎麼樣的醫病溝通?專業的醫生不就是要給患者專業的建議嗎?起碼說明為什麼要做繪畫訓練和為什麼要配戴眼鏡的原因吧!?醫生覺得是common sense,但坦白說,隔行如隔山,一般人不見得會知道你所謂的這些知識啊! 坦白說,我家都是醫療人員,但我們不可能會跟患者說這種傲慢的話,唉 為什麼會有人給五星評論,我好疑惑……

第一次去,不知道驗光/測完度數的下ㄧ個步驟是要做什麼,希望可以指示的清楚一點.態度好一點。 一個人帶著兩個小孩和幼犬前往 因狗狗不能入內,只好和孩子們輪流進去 非常感謝櫃檯的漂亮護士及另一位護士的幫忙 原本是在其他診所看診 已經知道小孩有近視要配眼鏡 經朋友推薦來這家診所 醫師講解的非常仔細,診間護士也很親切! 醫生也有開藥水搭配低度數眼鏡使用 (還有貼耳貼) 也有提醒要記得回診檢查追蹤 當天也配了眼鏡,價格平價,鏡框選擇也多。 (眼鏡要過幾天才可以拿˙)
