環球裡的專門店櫃位,空間大小約與UQ佔位差不多大。 整體而言,家飾品主要是販賣廚房、客廳、寢室一類的日用小物;家具類則主打電動沙發、櫥櫃、餐桌椅,但現場展示品還是較台南旗艦店來得少,例如個人好奇的日式和室椅,該店就沒放了。另外,有所謂的季節性商品,像是夏季才有的n-cool系列抱枕,摸起來涼涼軟軟的超舒服啊。商品多元滿好逛的,只可惜最近常缺貨的樣子。 人員服務基本還不錯,問題都會耐心回答,也願意協助解答。就是訂家具類的流程較長,不知是否為日商的關係,確認事項頗多。 結論:屏東地區除了特力屋、HOLA的另一選擇,尤其是對日本情有獨鍾的人可逛逛喔,一進去就看到整排漂亮的日製碗盤!喔喔!買了!

我不太懂欸 為什麼櫃檯總是請什麼都不知道什麼都要問一下的菜鳥店員呢 為什麼不能請資深的來服務呢 都不同人但都一樣菜 問什麼都不知道 要送傢俱跟我說4/4 我心想不是國定假日嗎? 後來才說國定假日不配送 是在?? 4/4他為什麼不會直覺性的就像12/25是聖誕節一樣,不需要思考吧?? 然後我問組裝是「到府組裝」嗎 他也要問,問完說什麼組完才送過來 我說那電梯裝不下怎麼辦 他也要問 我真的不懂 什麼都要問的話 員工職前訓練到底有沒有做啊? 我問的問題不會很難吧? 而且配送資料一直打錯 到底是?? 在我還沒購買時,每次來問這邊的店員 每次一問三不知 我真的不想再舉例了我問的都是基本的 要不是傢俱必買不可 我真不想跟這些菜人溝通到感覺自己智商都被拖下水了

1/14 13:20於貴公司的屏東環球店消費購買全身鏡,該男性店員表示要去倉庫取貨等待5-10分鐘,後來鏡子到了,店員口氣非常不好且不耐煩得說「鏡子到了」。 最後結帳時,已經明確跟店員說要使用載具跟會員,該男性店員卻無視已經出示的載具條碼,最後給了紙本發票。 整個消費體驗下來,非常不開心,本來很喜歡宜得利的產品與掛名日本公司的服務性質,但看來店開到台灣就缺乏貴公司精神,以後不會再來宜得利消費,相較於其他日系傢俱品牌,真的是非常的差勁。
