畢竟是他們自己人 也不會改變任何事
但就是想評價一顆星 我還嫌給太多了
Personnel at the check-in counter
The service attitude is really bad enough
I know that comments and complaints are useless
It's their own after all, it won't change anything
But just to give one star, I think it's too much
