建立沿革:
民國67年（1978）方炎輝捐地100坪作為廟址，在眾信徒募捐下眾志成城，乃聘請專家設計完成，內部雕刻及由第一任主委林順興捐全部建材，於民國69年（1980）歷經三年落成，大功告成。

Establishing history:
In the Republic of China (1978), Fang Yanhui donated 100 acres of land as a temple site, and all the believers raised funds for Zhongzhicheng. They were designed by experts. The internal sculptures and all the building materials were donated by the first chairman Lin Shunxing. Completed in three years.
