黑輪有傳統式、Q彈跟脆的，這回選擇的是傳統的黑輪(小份20元)，雖然外皮並沒有很脆，但嚐得到黑輪的軟，正正是我喜歡的口感。
鹹酥雞(小份40元)就真的不太優了，雖然外皮維持著爽脆，但雞肉卻有些柴了，很是可惜，看來還是要老闆炸的才會好吃，這位助手的炸功仍有待加強呢。
