一直很相信院方，花錢請看護希望得到基本的照顧，過節還會包紅包或送禮給看護，但看護看心情照顧……抓到不只一次餵飯二口不想餵、嫌累就把粥倒掉…當場詢問病人是想吃的，也報警處理。無奈病房沒有監視器，跟院方爭執、對質的過程有錄影沒錄音提不出對院方不利的證明…院方消極處理，管理人員也沒看到看護餵食的情形，一昧相信看護否認我們看到的狀況……一顆星都不想給，11月中民眾養護院要移到機場北路，管理人員及看護也會移過去，在找照護機構的人要小心

There is no monitor in the ward but there is no monitor in the ward, and there are video recordings of the disputes and confrontations with the hospital, but no recording can not provide proof that it is unfavorable to the hospital... The hospital handled negatively, and the management did not see the feeding situation of the nursing staff, so I believed that the nursing staff denied us. What I saw... I don’t want to give a star. In mid-November, the People’s Nursing Home will be moved to Airport North Road, and the management and nursing staff will also be moved there. Those who are looking for a nursing institution must be careful.
