這三天把屏東肉圓名店都吃了一遍,黃家應該是我最不喜歡的 1. 五顆肉圓都沒有形狀,份量像三顆差不多,女生吃完只有七八分飽 2. 皮相對其他屏東肉圓比較厚,也比較Q,有點類似北部的肉圓皮,但用蒸的。 3. 肉丁比較柴 4. 調味的部分,比較北部多一個紅蔥頭的味道 5. 洗碗的方式太恐怖了,就是泡進一個裝有洗碗精的水桶,菜瓜布把美耐皿刷一遍,先丟入水槽一過一下,再丟入水槽二過一下,然後就拿到前台準備使用了。(明明就是店面,衛生環境卻像路邊攤) 這三天吃了屏東夜市的肉圓、北區市場的正夜市口肉圓、和今天早上的黃家,及沒吃飽又再去北區市場的李家。 我個人的口味依序排名是: 以份量來說,李家肉圓給的份量裡面份量最足的。價格一顆$13,兩顆也可以點(雖然肉圓沒有一顆完整的,但是份量明顯比較多。還有一點是可以不要加味精(點的時候告知),整體來說醬汁比較淡,加上甜辣醬會有另一個層次的風味。皮的部分比較黏,很像粿剛蒸好的時候,不成形狀的樣子。 第二名是用餐環境比較舒適的北區市場正夜市口肉圓,服務的人都很親切,口味上沒有什麼大缺點,肉塊比較嫩,也是四家裡面唯一還看得出一個一個形狀的。肉圓的皮不特別軟塌也不特別硬,介於李家和黃家之間。 第三名是屏東夜市肉圓,Ella有介紹過,也是不成形狀的那種,你可能會吃到上一碗或下一碗的皮或肉,整體來說不差,醬汁的味道比較偏甜一點。因為肉圓盛起來都是破掉的,而盛肉圓的阿姨蠻隨性的,但就是這樣吧,非常有一種鄉下的親切感。缺點是座位少,常常需要排隊,環境比較髒亂一些。 但無論那家我都喜歡屏東肉圓那種不油不膩的風味,單純醬油提味,吃完還可以加一點湯把醬汁喝掉,這種很單純風味的存在,可能因為這樣我才很喜歡屏東肉圓吧。
