我喜歡吃湯的，所以你問我乾的我一定會跟你說沒味道還好?所以千萬別問我乾的口感！
我一定會說自己吃看看比較重要?
對我來說~吃過就回不去了！比台南的好吃?
再來，麻油系列不推薦，曾經點過一次，麻油爆薑味道沒有進去，所以很普通，但是！鱔魚意麵真的沒話說?????
因為鱔魚意麵所以我給到4顆?

店內環境較為簡陋沒錯 的確會讓人感到比較不衛生一點
雖然位於車水馬龍的中正路上 但招牌小小的 的確不起眼 容易讓人忽略而路過?
要分辨的點：
我看這地點有兩個評論是錯誤的別是Angel Chang 與 王贊凱 這兩人所發佈的照片是中正路上另外一家叫做 “ 銘哥鱔魚意麵 ” 的菜單看板為紅底
而這間鱔魚意麵牆上菜單看板為白底 順帶一提 另外一間銘哥鱔魚意麵的口味我比較喜歡?

Points to be distinguished:
I think there are two comments on this place that are wrong. The photos posted by Angel Chang and Wang Zankai are of another restaurant on Zhongzheng Road called "Mingge Unagi Pasta". The menu board has a red background.
And this eel spaghetti wall menu board is white background. By the way, I like the taste of another Mingge eel spaghetti ?
