★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 看了電視節目介紹後，親自去工廠參觀製作過程並與老闆聊天後了解到老闆辛苦的維持製麵品質過程，就忍不住馬上跑去店面吃現煮麵，店面門口用真麵做裝飾還蠻有創意，吃麵時不斷看到一堆人在店門口拍網美照，吃完之後不考慮立馬外帶禮盒回去孝敬老媽，好吃!!

I learned that the boss worked hard to maintain the quality of the noodles. It's quite creative. When I eat noodles, I constantly see a group of people taking pictures of the net in front of the store. After eating, I don't consider taking a gift box back to honor my mother. It's delicious!

反而更喜歡微辣的醃黃瓜很開胃解膩

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 與其說店家的麵好吃或特殊，不如說店家營造的小麵館氣氛很棒；水泥裸磚牆面和門口 掛曬的麵條，讓人入眼就明白營業的內容和格調，印象強烈。
店內環境整潔，可惜沒有冷氣 ，位於一樓的店裡也容易有蚊子。
店內只賣哨子麵($80/碗)， 麵體有細丶中寬和寬三種選擇，都是日曬半乾濕的直掛麵，單純不花俏的麵香令人頗有好感， 店主直白地告訴消費者：「我就是在賣"麵"！」
日曬直掛麵採單包裝出售，300克60元。

The shop environment is clean and tidy, but unfortunately there is no air-conditioning, and the shop on the first floor is also prone to mosquitoes.
The shop only sells whistle noodles ($ 80 / bowl). There are three types of noodles: thin, medium wide and wide. They are all sun-dried and semi-wet, and the noodles are not good. Tell consumers plainly: "I'm selling" noodles! "
The sun-dried noodles are sold in single packages, 60 yuan for 300 grams.
