The establishment of the division conditions and the determination of the list of churches, missionaries, etc. belonging to the Rukai Conference, of course, also clearly set the date of the establishment of the Rukai Conference on October 21, 1989. This date is "the anniversary of the establishment of the Rukai Community Association." Introduction to the establishment of the Lu Kai Central Committee 1. On October 21, 1989, the Rukai Church became independent from the Paiwan Central Committee and became the "Rukai Community Conference." 2.
