 The recreation area is built on the river bed, and you can see the towering sky. The bridge pier is spectacular. It is located on a wide river bed. It is very comfortable and the toilets are very clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這裡是莫拉克風災後經過評估而重建的大橋。想必國家是經過縝密的汛期估算，才把這座橋蓋得如此之高，第五座橋墩有記錄造橋大事紀，上面有三個魯凱族塑像，分別代表部落領袖，公主，及勇士。
This is the bridge rebuilt after evaluation after the Morakot disaster. Presumably, the country built this bridge so high after careful flood season estimates. The fifth bridge pier has a record of the history of bridge building. There are three Rukai statues on it, representing tribal leaders, princesses, and warriors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 很小的一個休息站，在橋底下仰頭可以感受谷川大橋的壯觀，不推薦橋下的食物，拍照，看景，上廁所大概20分鐘左右就足夠了。
A small rest station, you can feel the magnificence of Tanigawa Bridge by raising your head under the bridge. Food under the bridge, taking pictures, watching the scenery, and going to the toilet is enough for about 20 minutes.

Where you can look up at the Tanigawa Bridge, there are some vendors, but they are only open on Sundays and holidays. Clean toilets, fresh air, and a wide view may be boring for children, but adults can find a moment of peace here.
