★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 面對圖書館往右走到底能看到一條步道，
步道長度很短，走沒幾分鐘就能到達瞭望台，
爬螺旋梯上去可以遠瞰谷川大橋等山川美景，
可惜的是這個設施比較冷門，而且缺乏維護。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 神山標高748公尺，山頂立有一顆台灣省政府圖根補點，另在瞭望塔第三層樓板上立有一顆內政部國土測繪中心四等控制點標高755公尺。瞭望塔上面展望良好可看到谷川大橋、隘寮北溪與對岸德文山與大武等部落。
The height of the Shenshan Mountain is 748 meters. The top of the mountain has a root point of the Taiwan Provincial Government. On the third floor of the observation tower, there is a fourth-level control point of the National Land Surveying and Mapping Center of the Ministry of the Interior. The height is 755 meters. The observation tower above has a good outlook, and you can see the tribes such as Guchuan Bridge, Ailao Beixi and the other side of Devon Mountain and Dawu.
