★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大塊的臭豆腐炸過後，切成小塊臭豆腐，再下鍋油炸後起鍋，整體非常酥脆，醬汁味道不俗，只可惜酥脆的臭豆腐無法吸附醬汁，只能沾著食用，泡菜除了高麗菜還有小黃瓜，整體味道口感都還不錯。

大塊的臭豆腐炸過後，再切成小塊進行第二次油炸，酥脆度更上一層樓，整體「外酥內也酥」，但也因此無法吸附飽滿的醬汁?（個人偏愛臭豆腐內部是軟嫩多汁的，不過喜歡酥脆口感的朋友這間你會愛）
而醬汁跟泡菜我很喜歡！甜甜特製醬汁和其酸脆清爽的台式泡菜搭配的很好，再加上辣椒醬?️這就是屬於臭豆腐的完美配角呀❤️

I like the sauce and kimchi! The sweet special sauce goes well with its sour, crisp and refreshing Taiwanese kimchi, plus the chili sauce ?️This is the perfect supporting role for stinky tofu ❤️

老闆跟老闆娘都很客氣
幸好內用有空位，稍等老闆忙完前單
跟老闆說要什麼大小幾份，辣、蒜頭需不需要
就先行入座了
外皮酥脆，豆腐是非常優的會吸湯汁?
黃豆味協調的剛剛好?
泡菜（酸感有）跟小黃瓜（薄醃漬吃得到瓜味）
目前吃過最愛的臭豆腐在萬丹，番社真的就是他的榜中伴了啦??
