本店自民國28年至今已超過70年歷史，目前里港趙壽山餛飩、豬腳，由第三代子孫趙壽山負責，道地傳統口味、遠近馳名、頗獲好評。 趙壽山的餛飩堅持採用上等本產腰內肉，並以祖傳獨家配方調製而成，口感結實、肉汁豐富，餛飩完全以手工包製，皮薄又Q、入口即化，加入豬腳高湯，搭配餛飩入口，風味更獨特鮮美，趙壽山的豬腳採傳統水煮法，精選優質豬腳，以細火熬煮，不僅吃起來不油膩，更能嚐出豬腳的原味，佐以獨特配方蒜泥醬油，口感更是獨特美味。
