★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 粿仔條，也就是粄條，屏東九如和高雄大樹跟美濃都是以此聞名，但九如和大樹的粿仔條比美濃的粄條要薄要細一些，所以很適合做成“滷粿”，而滷粿就是大滷麵的改版，只是湯頭比較偏甜，用料也不太一樣，大多都是放豬肝、小卷等類似海產粥的用料，因此吃起來就有點像是粿仔羹的感覺
